I had walked into my local comic book store where they sell a bunch of loose figures, and found a stash of mint Micronauts aliens. They were priced at $40 to $50 dollars apiece(though the book value for Lobros and Kronos are $150 each). Instead of shelling out cash that I normally spend on cyborgs, I brought up a box of about 100 loose newer Star Wars figures from 2005 to 2007. They agreed to the trade! And to top it off, those SW figs were mostly gifts from other people that I didnt even pay for. So I got a complete mint set(minus Reptos) of aliens for free!
Score!!!

That's a great score. It's nice to know at least one good thing came from the newer Star Wars figures... Wink

whos the horse guy on the right... I just realised I had that as a kid. But of course a young kid in NZ, the range of toys were slim and something like this was just another toy, not knowing how ig they were. I was into my lego. Im thinking an Aunty from Hong Kong gave it to me. I remember I loved it, even though it seemed weird... question is... What happened to him... Man I wish I had him now.

Good score!

Hey Wandering Spirit! That figure is Centaurus from the Micronauts line. Here is some info. per Dave Waugh at Innerspace Online. Take a look around his site if you get the chance. There is some fantastic info/ pics on there:

and Centaurus was reissued by Palisades back in 2003 in 4 variations including the vintage colors.
But avoid the ones with clear color parts, they have breakage issues.
The vintage colored one is very good it terms of quality.

Amazingly great score! Kind of the dream we all have. And Lobros? Wow. Were they loose and mint? Or mint in package?

The figures were loose and mint. Lobros is by far my fav, what can you not like about a guy with a big brain in his mouth?
