I don't know if everyone saw this already but it's really nice although not as cool as the Takara toy it's about an 1/8 of the price and a good place holder:

It's new! Actually it was already on the Marmit preorder months ago to deliver sometime between now and August. I'll put up pics when I get mine. For anyone not familiar with the original toy:

That is one variation. There are several. A Diaclone Version, a DeathCross version, several mini version, model kits etc... He also used to have a manga than ran in TV Magazine.

Here's a nice bop bag too:

Oh sorry, the new one is by Marmit, so it's going to be good quality too.

There was also an anime I believe, but I'm not totally sure. Here are some more pics (Guy some of these I saw were posted by you before so sorry for the pic theft haha) I believe the others are from Tom V's collection.

I had the Blue version.

I think I sold it to Kristof Erkiletian. I know I sold him some tougher items.

Wassup with all the little versions?

I like the little versions, I'd happily snag one of those at the right price.

The Marmit looks pretty nice, though. Kind of reminds me of the old Imperial Godzilla.

The right price for those is steep! I know someone bought one not too long ago, but I don't remember how much it was for. I'll have to ask. I've seen them in person once at Outer Limits in New Jersey before it closed then reopened into what I hear is no longer an awesome toy shop. They were pretty steeply priced generally but it was well before most stuff would show up on ebay. If I recall the little ones were about $300 then totally MIB.

Naw, no anime, just a short-lived manga tie-in. It was kind of the last magnemo mangerobo series from Takara, but the others all had anime tie-ins.

The little ones are magnemo-8 versions of the figure (the big ones are magnemo-11) done in roughly Microman size. Takara did magnemo-8 versions of most of the mangemo toys and they are interchangeable with the Microman Titan figures. The enemy of Machine Saurer was Death Cross, a.k.a. Red Falcon in the Micronauts, the most Henshin Cyborg-style of all the magnemo toys (although the designer of Henshin's innards, Dan Kobayashi only worked on Barattack in the magnemo line) IMHO.

The Death Cross toy also had magnemo-8 versions, in colors that by total coincidence were pretty much mirrored by the Palisades Red Falcon variants.

I didn't attach his side rockets yet, but here are some close pics of Machine Saurer From Marmit:

The outer head comes off, revealing:

Enjoy. I'm thrilled with this one, it's really nice and well worth the wait.
