Sweet!

Which Android is that?

And I've missed out on a couple of Colossus figures this past month.
But after hearing how cheap his body went for back then, I hate to pay too much.

I paid $11 for the Colossus, so yeah.
I wish I had grabbed half a dozen at that price.
Where are you seeing them for sale and what are they going for?
Notice the ankles on the Colossus are tapered not flared like the regular Neo.
I'll take some side by side comparisson photos of the Colossus and Neo figures.

I think the Android is the "Super" version, but I don't have the head,
unless those arms were also released in a power up package.
The android body is the same for all of them, right? Just variations in the accessories?

Oof!

I've only seen Colossus MIB so far and he goes for around $30-$40 plus shipping.

I'll wait it out!

It must be a Super Android, since my regular (purchased from Mezza9iner)
doesn't have the mechanical arms and legs!

Cool!

the one I got was loose with out any accessories.
I asked about it here back in 2007 and Guy knew the whole story.
Never did there live a kinder, more generous man.

Aww shucks Embarassed

Yeah at that time every kitbasher was buying the things up and dumping the bodies on ebay. THe Leather trench coats were very popular, but
at the cheap prices, you could really amass an army.
Note the Japanese Version of Ol'Baldy does have a different logo printed on his chest. It has a Large GOLD logo and says "GENERAL GARRISON" in white. My favorite bit is the gray BRAIN underneath - however it is PAINFULLY difficult to remove the head. (I usually trim the heads for easier removal whenever I am SUCCESSFUL with removing it in the first place. )

You slipped another unique custom in there casually, Guy!

Can we see more of the Android with the black Cyborg head please? How did you colour the head and attach it to the neck?

Thanks.
Didn't really take much notice of that custom.
I was thinking the MAFF Microman fan club figure with the Afro, the Leather Nun, the silver Chromed Kubrick Android or the Denysf Fisher Robot with the proper Chest Engine, the Android Dog, or the Microman style Obitsu figure would gather more attention...

For the 8" Android A,
I removed the android head & put on a DF cyborg head that I dyed.
I think I made that custom in the early 1990's.

well I can't see the pictures at the moment (work blocks most of them from loading)
but I recall you have the three versions of the 12" (Takara) Android A.
Can we have a little information on these?
Android A was sold in these 3 variations?
I think I've only seen pictures of 2, the Regular and the Super in box.

BTW:
anyone have a spare Super Android A head?
It's the all chrome head that is sort of alien or vampire-ish.
I have a spare vintage purple outer Walder head for trade.
