I AM Barbara Cartland from another dimension. Tee hee.

Shucks, Spirit, you dug this old stinker out. Watch this space, folks, because the next photostory is in the very early stages of gestation...

Yes indeed it's Trigore the Creature Crusher or Le Monstre Broyeur (European Power Lords have all the languages on the box).

I love the Power Lords despite their plasticky cheapness. Unfortunately I don't have the best one, Arkus.

Nice! Actually Arkus is the only one I own, I got him as a sweet extra bonus with a big lot of micros I got a killer deal on. Rather Antron-like, I always thought. Not perfect condition, but for a freebie extra I can't complain at all. Definitely my favorite of the series. For a long time I always thought it was interesting how the designs evoked "Barlowe's Guide To Extra-Terrestrials", then discovered recently that in fact Wayne Barlowe designed the whole line following on his success from the book. Pretty awesome! I nabbed a pic from an eBay auction (just the auction pics, not the work on sale itself) for an unproduced secret base playset for the line. I'll have to post it on Innards later. Smile

It's Gripptogg all the way for me in terms of the Power Lords, He's sat on top of my speakers now. I love his four armedness, Adam Power looks like a ponce in both modes. I would love an Arkus though
